The Astronaut Teacher Alliance (ATA) designed the Moon Mars Atacama Research Stations and provided intellectual property to leverage support from Chilean government agencies, academia, mining interests, and especially ACE -> Agencia Chilena del Espacio (the Chilean Space Agency).
